Additional delivery charges may apply to orders delivered to Northern Ireland. Delivery times to Northern Ireland may also take longer for some of your items to arrive. If you are in any doubts, please contact us and we will get straight back to you if your items incur additional charges.

Will my order come all together - If you have ordered a number of items from our store, they may be shipped from different locations. Therefore, you may receive your items at different times. Don't worry, our shipping fees are currently FREE and it will not cost you any more. We can ensure you that you'll receive all the items you ordered. Please contact us if you are in any doubt at info@furfactory.co.uk.

Where will my order ship from: All our products are fulfilled and dispatched from locations & warehouses around the UK only.

What should I do - Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - I​f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! Lost packet will not be our responsibility.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us at info@furfactory.co.uk with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order: If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. The following couriers are used for delivery: Yodel, Royal Mail, Tuffnells, UKMail & DX Delivery.

Please note, deliveries with Tuffnells and palletised deliveries may not come with tracking information.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do: We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@furfactory.co.uk within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

International orders: Please contact us at info@furfactory.co.uk if you are currently outside the UK, and we can update you on whether we can send your order to your chosen country

Customs fees may apply in some circumstances.
